Preventing hip, knee and low back pain…How to stay active to prevent falls

Naomi Anderson from Aged Care Ready, recently caught up with Pathways Physiotherapist Travis Kluckhenn to discuss the impact that COVID-19 will have on the elderly, the importance of staying active and performing exercises at home to prevent hip, knee and low back pain.

The duo also discussed the importance of staying active to prevent falls.

In the interview, Mr Kluckhenn discusses the benefits from participating in an exercise program such as the GLA:D (Good living with Arthritis: Denmark) Exercise Program for people suffering from Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis.
