Aged Care Ready assists elderly clients and families navigate the Aged Care Sector through placement advice, advocacy and consultancy.
We are a team of Registered Nurses and qualified Aged Care Workers with extensive, first-hand experience in Aged Care – both in the care of clients and management of facilities. Our team is powered by expertise, experience, and understanding.
Our fee-for-service model is transparent and ensures that the client is at the centre of everything that we do. For us, people matter most. We do not accept kickbacks, fees or commissions from providers that we refer to. All our staff are qualified Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Healthcare Workers with extensive industry experience. We do not have a vested financial interest in the outcome, so our advice is never self-serving. We are independent and always maintain a high level of integrity and never take on projects where a conflict of interest could arise.

Naomi Anderson (RN, Managing Director)
Naomi is a Registered Nurse with considerable experience in management of Aged Care Facilities, and has an intimate understanding of the internal workings of facilities, along with a thorough understanding of our clients needs.
Naomi has a passion for advocacy and thrives on being able to assist our clients in finding the best provider for their individual needs.
Kaitlyn Cooke (RN, Intake Co-ordinator)
Kaitlyn has extensive experience working with the elderly. She is a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience in the Aged Care Sector, starting out in the sector as a carer which means she has worked in the sector from the bottom up.
She has years of experience in the sector and her passion is aged care advocacy. Kaitlyn is absolutely committed to ensure that Aged Care Ready clients and their families get only the best.
